June 2, 2008 - Rotary Bulletin - The Meeting of Substitutes This noon we were welcomed by Lee Baird who also led a very well-attended meeting group in prayer. Our meeting was conducted by Gary Born, President Elect, substitute for President Lee Prellwitz. Guests:

Rev. Jack Kraaz from the First Congregational Church presented checks totaling $11,686.00 to the Ripon Rotary Charitable Foundation for the Fr. Wally Dam & Reservoir fundraiser. He and his congregation raised this money from donations, a Wally Walk, and luncheon. This is a HUGH contribution and is extremely appreciation. Thank you! Chuck Larson, substitute for Rick Coles - Sgt at Arms, quizzed us on the History of 1937. Gary Born, substitute for Dr. LeRoy Yeomans introduced our program, Dr. Mark Edinger. Mark presented the Anti Inflammatory Diet, a diet to keep us healthy, ward off many serious health conditions and keep our backs feeling great. Thanks Dr. LeRoy & Dr. Mark for this interesting presentation. Heres the key:
