Program – 2 Part

                Part I – Daniel gave an excellent power point presentation on his native Taiwan.  It included maps of Taiwan, descriptions of the country, its National Parks, its foods, its schools, his family and his home.  In Taiwan he was in school from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.-3 week vacation during Chinese New Year and 2 month

Vacation in summer.  Great job, Daniel.  Today he also prepared Taiwanese Hot & Mild Curried Pork.

Part II –Kim Holliday introduced .Sous Chef Robert Carriveau, who described his preparation of Bananas Foster atop Ice Cream filled Crepes.  Wallah!!  Delicious!!  Chef Robert & Kim even gave us a booklet, complete with recipes and pictures.

P.S. Hank grams and John Rockwood even enjoyed 2 servings.  Those who didn’t attend today, missed something very special.                       Thanks, Thanks, Thanks!!!
