Beginning in April, 1991, Ripon Rotary has sponsored annual leadership seminars for high school students in grades 10 and 11. The objective of the seminar is to provide the students an opportunity to learn more about their leadership potential and how to become effective leaders. These seminars provide students with specific information on goal setting, time management, effective leadership, and problem solving. Ripon College leadership professor, Jack Christ, and college students conduct the seminar and Ripon Rotary provides funding and administrative support.

Invitations are extended to students of Ripon, Berlin, Green Lake, Markesan, and Laconia high schools. An average of 113 students have been enrolled each year in the seminars.
