Student of month – 4 year honor student, Badger Boy’s State, Math Bowl Team member, active in Band, Choir, Jazz band, dramatics, Football, worked at Sand Hill Crane Nature Study, Cowboy Action Shooting. Hopes to become some type of engineer. Board meeting next week. Rose Sale report Todd & Laurie- (1) #1 Sales – 103 dozen – Jeff Liddicoat (2) #2 Sales -- 46 dozen – Kathy Schwandt (3) #3 Sales -- 41 dozen – Lee Prellwitz (4) #4 Sales –- 30 dozen – Dave Duehring (5) #5 Sales – 23 dozen –Todd Worrall All received pictures, framed by Laurie. All told 590 dozen were sold. Excellent Quality of Product. Gary Born attended President Elect Seminar and was impressed by community work done by Rotarians. Last in school STRIVE meeting this Thursday at 9:30 R.H.S. Last 1 to 11/2hrs. to be on personal budgeting. The STRIVE kids really enjoy interacting with the Rotarians present. So attend, if you can. Laurie reports team of 23 are in Panama to help Fr. Wally. 11 are Ripon College students, and Rotarian Kim Holliday is there in Rob Webster’s place, as Rob just underwent hip replacement surgery. Happy Bucks (1) David Sakrison for former Kiwanian Dave Ginder to aid in his recovery. (2) Lee Prellwitz for his beloved Badgers winning Big 10 Basketball Championship. Scholarship Banquet coming, Monday, April 14. Plan to attend and support our scholarship funding. Program: Dean Rogers introduced Todd Benson and Jim Hart of Oshkosh Christian School who , with a group of middle schoolers, gave en enjoyable Musical Presentation from the Oshkosh Academy for the Performing Arts, a Community program sponsored by Oshkosh Christian School and Valley Christian High School. Thanks Dean, for this enjoyable program. Next week: Greeter & Prayer – Peter Sensenbrenner. Program – David Sakrison brings a program on Ulta Light Led Crane Migration. Thought for today: Lord – when I feel that I am at the end of my rope, give me strength and the courage to keep trying. Lead me through my dark hours.
