Mini-Park was the Club's first venture into the realm of downtown beautification as a community service. Is is located on half of a previously vacant lot owned by and adjacent to what is now American House. With the property owner's permission, the Club installed a chain link fence delineating the plat, planted trees, and sodded the area. It was completed in June of 1976. With the aid of some Ripon business and Rotarian labor, this project cost $650.00
